BEGINNERS CLASSES/TASTER SESSIONS (Rope or Silks)
In this class you will learn how to prepare you body for aerial work (warm up), Become familiar with safety issues, and learn climbs, basic locks and positions. You can do a one off class as a taster session or book a block of 4 classes.


2 DAY WORKSHOPS
These are available for a group (up to 8 people, if more than 8 another instructor will be employed).5 hours per day split into 2 and a half hour blocks.


ADVANCED CLASSES
Advanced classes can be arranged to suit student's requirements. Times and dates can be discussed.


ONE TO ONE'S/ACT PREPARATION
These classes are usually an intensive hour, but this can be discussed as to requirements of individual student. (Warm up and cool down, unless beginner, is students own responsibility pre and post class)
One to ones are useful to progress at a fast level, and will be structured exactly to the needs of the student.
Act preparation classes can involve help with choreography, quality of movement, dynamics of act, and overall content and advice with act promotion etc.
